Re-Gen Waste Ltd, one of Europe’s most advanced material recovery facilities is launching its largest recruitment drive in its 15-year history. The company plans to recruit a variety of positions across all company departments. As part of the recruitment drive Re-Gen is hosting a series of three Careers Days at its Newry Headquarters, on Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th and Saturday 17th November, 2018.

University graduates, undergraduates, further and higher education students are welcome to attend the sessions which take place from 2-4pm on Wednesday 14th, 5-7pm on Thursday 15th and 11-1pm on Saturday 17th November. Here they’ll learn about the company, plans for the future and the competitive packages and training opportunities on offer, to the right candidates.

Positions available include: • Accounts • I.T. Support • Environmental Health & Safety • Sales In and Out • Contract Managers & Bid Writers • Operations and Engineering (Welding, Design & Fabrications) • Mechanics and Garage Maintenance

Re-Gen Waste Ltd’s Managing Director, Joseph Doherty said: “We launched our first ever Careers Day for graduates, undergraduates, further and higher education students with great success last June, and were able to recruit some very talented new staff members.

“This new recruitment drive is a reflection our ambition to retain and extend our leadership in the European waste industry so we need to ensure that we capture the best talent out there.

“We have a variety of roles to fill across many different departments in the company and are looking forward to showing the attendees what a career with Re-Gen would be like. We have also committed to investing £100,000 in upskilling new staff over the next three years, so if we think a candidate has the right attitude but is lacking some of the skills needed, a direct effort will be made to bring them up to speed.”
